Caring for your items

Each piece is handmade using jesmonite and natural waxes. With simple care, your item will age beautifully over time.

First Burn

  • Allow your candle to burn for at least one hour on first use

  • This helps the wax melt evenly to the edges

  • Prevents tunnelling and ensures a clean, even burn

General care

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth

  • Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning products

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Always handle with care, as each piece is handmade

Water, Heat & Use

  • Water-resistant but not waterproof

  • Do not submerge in water

  • Dry thoroughly after contact with moisture

  • Not suitable for direct heat

  • Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
